Jennifer Genereux


Amy Dyar


Amy began substituting at CCCE in 2012 and became a full time teacher in 2013. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of Montevallo and has previously worked in marketing at Protective Life Insurance for 11 years.

Dana Burch


Dana has taught at CCCE since 2012. She holds a B.S. in Family and Child Development from Auburn University.

Beth Tinnell


Preschool teacher at CCCE since 2014 and previously taught kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade at UMS Wright in Mobile, AL. Beth holds a B.S. in Early Childhood & Elementary Education from the University of Alabama. 

Kimberly Doonan


Began working at CCCE in 2010 as a substitute teacher and took over her role with playschool 2 in 2012. Prior to her time at CCCE, Kim worked for 10 years as a social worker. She holds a B.S. in Social Work from the University of Montevallo

Cassie Taylor


Began substituting in 2018 and took a permanent position with the Young Toddlers the following year. Currently works with our preschoolers.

Worked in Childcare and education since 2003 with a B.S. in Child and Family Studies and a M.S. in Secondary Education, both from the University of Montevallo.

Kristy Ford


Joined CCCE as a preschool teacher in 2003. She has previously taught kindergarten at South Montgomery Academy and in the Birmingham City School system. Kristy holds a B.S. in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Auburn University.

Katie Slagle


Katie has been teaching music at CCCE since 2016 and has taught private music lessons for more than five years. She holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Montevallo where she was a member of the University Chorus, Concert Choir as well as the Traveling Choir.

Tracy Williams


Tracy has been with CCCE since 2008. She holds a B.S. from the University of Alabama in Human Environmental Sciences

Michelle Murphy


Michelle has taught preschool at CCCE since 2015. Prior to that she taught at Riverside Baptist and FBC Center Point. Michelle holds an A.A.S. in Child Development from Jefferson State Community College and a B.S.  in Human Environmental Sciences with an early childhood focus.
